The batch brother’s story
The Batch Brothers, Bo Winterburn and Max Reynolds, share a passion for quality meals made with love and joy. These two chefs met while working at a local winery here in Port Townsend, Washington. Together they have collaborated to create a new eatery with a sauce and condiment line. With hand selected ingredients from organic Washington state farms, bright flavors and vibrant styles compliment their collective cooking style to inaugurate this start up. Our business launched in November of 2020 operating out of Lila’s Kitchen, located in Port Townsend, Washington. In August of 2022, Chef Bo Winterburn left the company to Chef Max Reynolds. After deciding to move closer to family in the Fall of 2024, Chef Max is returning to his roots in hopes of revitalizing his passion. Continuing to make small batch craft hot sauces with personally grown ingredients is what drives the Batch Brothers ethos to this day.
