The batch brother’s story

 

The Batch Brothers, Bo Winterburn and Max Reynolds, share a passion for quality meals made with love and joy. These two chefs met while working at a local winery here in Port Townsend, Washington. Together they have collaborated to create a new eatery with a sauce and condiment line. With hand selected ingredients from organic Washington state farms, bright flavors and vibrant styles compliment their collective cooking style to inaugurate this start up. Our business launched in November of 2020 operating out of Lila’s Kitchen, located at 887 East Park Avenue, Port Townsend, Washington 98368. In August of 2022, Chef Bo Winterburn left the company to Chef Max Reynolds to pursue new beginnings. Chef Max has continued to serve the Port Townsend community and beyond. Recently in the Summer of 2023, the business has moved to The Cablehouse Canteen at Fort Worden. Located now at 501 Harbor Defense Way, 501, Port Townsend, WA 98368, Batch Brothers will continue to bring our vibrant style and passion for food to the community.
